APPLICATION DEADLINE IS January 15 for Art Therapy, Drama Therapy, and Music Therapy for Fall admission
Step 1: Complete Concordia's admissions application
For new applicants
All new applicants must complete Concordia University's online admissions application before submitting a portfolio or video audition.
Step 2: Prepare your Drama Therapy documents
Attach the following documents to the application. Please note that documents can also be uploaded after an application has been submitted.
- Option form for Drama Therapy
- Unofficial copies of transcripts
- 500-word statement of purpose
- Curriculum vitae
- Proof of citizenship
- All other required documents
You must also include three (3) letters of reference are required. Applicants should not upload copies of reference letters to their application. When completing your application online, you will be required to enter your referees’ names, affiliated institutions and email addresses (college/university or company email). Your referees will then receive an email inviting them to complete an electronic assessment form and attach their letter of reference.
Please save your documents as a word doc or PDF. You will be able to upload it when you submit your materials.
Step 3: Curate your portfolio
Applications admission are to be submitted digitally.
Drama Therapy applicants may choose to submit a portfolio via Slideroom, showing applicant’s theatrical/dance background. This portfolio can contain video material, photographs, promotional material, theatrical/dance performance reviews, written scripts, synopsis of theatrical/dance projects, or any material the applicant thinks displays their creative, theatrical and/or dance background.
Step 4: Submit your materials
Submit your portfolio to Slideroom.
