Guy-De Maisonneuve Building

Concordia has gradually reclaimed rented spaces in the Guy-De Maisonneuve Building to accommodate Concordia administrative offices, departments and service units, leaving very few external tenants with long-term leases.
Renovations are are almost complete with two storeys left to renovate in the 51-year-old building. The work included replacing 1960s single-pane windows with energy-efficient curtain walls, structural maintenance and repair, and replacing the facade to harmonize with the John Molson Building and the Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex.
