JUDGE
MORTON S. MINC
Social innovation has a place in the justice system.
As Concordia’s jurist-in-residence, I hope to use the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my legal career to inspire students who want to learn about the law.
As a former Chief Justice of the Municipal Court of Montreal, my approach to the law aims to offer offenders a second chance, while balancing victims’ rights. It’s what I call ‘problem-solving justice’.
I’m Judge Morton S. Minc, and I’m Concordia’s first-ever jurist-in-residence.
