- Before visiting your program advisor, please ensure that you have checked your eligibility to take the course (if it's open to you in your program of study), and that you have completed the prerequisites.
- Some courses have limited capacity – you will need to seek permission from the department to enroll.
- Please check the undergraduate or graduate calendars to confirm in which semesters the courses are offered.

Meet your program advisor: Make an appointment with your program advisor to make sure the experiential learning opportunities you're interested in are a good fit for your academic program.
Check course eligibility: Before you see your program advisor, double-check that you meet the requirements to take a course. This includes checking if the course is open for students in your program and if you've completed any necessary prerequisites.
Get permission if needed: Some courses might have limited space, so you may need to get special permission from the department to enroll in them.
