Work-integrated learning and mentorship
From classroom to workplace
Work-integrated learning (WIL) allows students to apply the skills and knowledge they acquired in the classroom to real-world work experiences. This experiential learning approach connects students with employers, providing both parties with an opportunity to form meaningful professional relationships and explore paths toward future employment.
Another powerful work readiness tool we offer is mentorship. In this program, students evolve through one-on-one guidance from experienced professionals within their respective industries. For mentors, contributing to your field through this experience can offer tremendous fulfillment and an opportunity for personal growth and learning.
Both work-integrated learning and mentorship are impactful educational approaches that have helped our students bridge the gap to employment with leading organizations.
