Lodavo encourages Canadians to save more money by making saving fun and exciting through the possibility of winning large prizes. Founded by university students passionate about personal finance and technology, the Lodavo app incentivizes saving by awarding tickets based on the amount saved. Abraider is a beauty tech startup with a mission to revolutionize the hair braiding culture through innovative hair tools. Our goal is to make braiding accessible, affordable, and efficient for individuals from all walks of life. Whether for salon professionals or personal use, we aim to ensure that everyone can enjoy a seamless braiding experience, regardless of location, time constraints, or expertise barriers.

QuoteNet is a software company specializing in a mobile application to aid pricing profitable painting projects. Our unique software solution is designed to meet the needs of contractors by providing accurate and quick calculations for their project using the latest augmented reality technology.

The Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science is pleased to invite its student and faculty community to attend the Gina Cody School Student Innovation Fund final presentations.

The Gina Cody School Innovation Fund aims to support innovative student-led projects with significant potential for commercialization. The goal of the Fund is to provide financial support for the transfer of innovative ideas being developed at the Gina Cody School and increase the chances of commercialization of such projects.

For this call, five teams were selected to receive seed funding, which will be presenting their progress achieved during Phase 1.
