Canadians and permanent residents of Canada may qualify for the Quebec resident tuition rate under 14 possible situations. To receive this tuition rate, students must apply and provide proof of their eligibility by the prescribed deadline. Retroactive adjustments are not possible.

International students
International students cannot apply for Quebec residency status but you may be eligible for an International fee exemption.
