Parking facilities & permits
From daily parking, and faculty and staff monthly parking permits, to student parking permits at the Loyola Sports Complex parking lot and indoor bike parking access cards — we’re on campus for you!

Driving to the downtown campus? Save time by using one of our indoor parking garages.
Loyola parking
Convenient parking is available in one of our outdoor parking lots on the Loyola Campus.
Indoor bike parking
Indoor bike parking spaces are available inside the Library Building parking garage. Cyclists also have access to free outdoor bicycle racks on both campuses.
Student permits
Parking is available on Loyola Campus each term for students, including those living in residence.
Faculty & staff permits
Monthly parking is available for faculty and staff on both campuses, including special rates for carpool permits.

Accessible parking & services
Reduced mobility
People with reduced mobility who have the appropriate sticker have access to reserved parking spots at all parking locations on both campuses. For questions about Concordia’s accessibility policies, consult the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities (ACSD).
Electric cars
Concordia has 12 parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging. Seven are located at the Sir George Williams campus and five are at the Loyola campus. There are nine parking spaces with 240-volt charging stations, reserved for customers with electric cars for a fee of $1 per hour in addition to the applicable regular parking rate. We also offer three free 120-volt charging stations.
Special request parking
Parking Services can help you organize parking arrangements for larger events or conferences taking place at Concordia. Visitors and members of the Concordia community planning an event that will require parking on campus must complete the request form at least 10 days prior to the event. The allocation of parking is made on a first-come first-served basis. Prices vary based on day, time and location.
