Bathrooms

Most rooms have sinks and share co-ed bathrooms in the hallway, a small number have private bathrooms. Eco rooms do not have sinks.

Linens

All bedding, linens and towels are provided for short-term guests. Long-term guests (30+ nights) must supply their own.

Common rooms

Each floor has a shared lounge with comfy seating, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Garden

You can access the private garden at any time. It has ancient shade trees, a pond, picnic tables, exercise equipment and a beach volleyball court.

Security

All rooms are lockable, there are security cameras in all common areas and security agents are on duty 24/7.

Help and support

Our Front Desk is open from 8a.m. to 11p.m. 7 days per week. Security agents are on duty 24/7.

Laundry

Laundry rooms are situated throughout the building.

Wifi

Free, high-speed wifi is available in every room.

Air conditioning

We do not have air-conditioning, but fans are available on request.

Housekeeping

All common areas are cleaned daily. We do not offer housekeeping in your room during your stay but towels and linens can be exchanged on request.

Breakfast

We don't offer a breakfast service but our common rooms are equipped with a microwave, kettle and toaster. We're also happy to recommend nearby restaurants.

The Concordia Faubourg parking garage is minutes away!
