Change of choice FAQ
If you change your mind about what undergraduate program(s) you wish to be considered for, you may update your application by using the Change of Choice tool. You may also change your choice if you are not granted admission to the programs of your choice and wish to be considered for a different program.
You’ll find the Change of Choice tool by logging in to the Student Hub and going to your Student Centre. You can also access your Student Centre by logging in to the Student Hub and going to My CU Account.

It’s also possible that the program you wish to add is not currently available, or that a choice you made can’t be made in combination with another choice you indicated.

You will first need to decline the offer of admission. Once you’ve done that, you will be able to either reinstate your previous second and third program choices, or add new choices. Your application will then be re-assessed, and you will receive a new letter of decision.
Yes, you may re-order your choices, and choose a program for which you have already submitted all the required documents as your first choice. You can also “cancel” the choice you do not intend to submit the additional requirements for.
You may select three new programs, with some exceptions. You are responsible for submitting the required documents in support of new program applications.
All John Molson admission requirements for the degrees are the same, therefore if you have been refused admission to one, you will not be considered for any others with the exception of the Certificate in Foundations for Business. You may, however, add programs in other faculties, depending on their requirements and your eligibility.
If you haven’t been admitted yet, you may change your program choice by adding it with the With Co-op option if one is available. If you have already been admitted, you should contact the Institute for Co-operative Education.
Using the “change” option, you will see that you can select a program either with or without the Co-op option if one is available.
You may select one or two programs rather than three.
