GREY ZONE BLOG SERIES: I originally defined the grey zone as the area between the defining orientations and corresponding methodologies in the field of Organization Development (OD), with Diagnostic OD on one hand and Dialogic OD on the other. As I have reflected on this, I have extended my thinking and use of the framing of grey zone beyond the area between OD philosophies of change to change itself. Read more
