Alumni association

Our Liberal Arts College Alumni-ae Association (LACAA) includes all former College students. It elects a National Board and participates in many ways in supporting the ongoing needs of the College and its students.

The LACAA Plays a role in recruiting and placement, and raises funds for College scholarships, lectures, and other needs. Join our Facebook page and get involved! We are always looking for new ideas and participants.

Please lend your support to a new generation of LAC students! Your donations support student scholarships, awards and activities. Donations can be targeted to specific purposes.

Harvey Shulman Memorial Fund

The Harvey Shulman Memorial fund was begun in December 2005 to honour Dr. Shulman's memory and support the Liberal Arts College.

With the passing of Dr. Shulman in December 2005, the Liberal Arts College lost a great leader, teacher, colleague, and friend. Dr. Shulman was the co-founder of the Liberal Arts College with Dr. Frederick Krantz in 1978. He is remembered as a brilliant thinker, an inspiring teacher, and a compassionate and kind person. The Liberal Arts College was his great life project. We continue to be guided by his vision, and inspired by his memory.
