McGill-Queen's Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies Series

The Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies is excited and proud to announce our new partnership with McGill-Queen's University Press, a scholarly publisher. Together, we have created a new publishing program in Israel Studies called, "McGill-Queen's Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies Series."

The publishing program of the series reflects the disciplinary and methodological diversity that characterize the academic field of Israel Studies. Accordingly, we welcome proposals from all areas of scholarly inquiry related to the study of modern Israel including, but not limited to, Fine Arts, History, Literature, Translation Studies, Sociology, Political Science, Law, and Religious Studies. Comparative work that situates Israel in broader international and cross-national frameworks is welcome. The series is committed to academic excellence and accepts proposals that report on original research. Prospective authors are welcome to contact either the Series or the Press Editor.  The Editors request that all prospective authors consult the Press guidelines about how to prepare the manuscript proposal.

"Our new partnership with McGill-Queen's University Press reinforces the position of the Azrieli Institute as a leading academic center committed to the rigorous scholarly study of Israel in the spirit of academic excellence. I am very proud of this milestone that brings together two major Canadian institutions and look forward to shaping the next generation of Israel Studies scholarship." - Csaba Nikolenyi, Director, Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies
