AI, ML, VR, AR, IOT! The 2020's are shaping up to be the decade of software development. But all the bells and whistles can quickly become a distraction of some more basic concepts, so let's take a step back.

Security is a core requirement in any modern system and strong security has strong pillar to sit upon. Those are Authentication, Authorization and Audit. In this presentation, the Genetec team will go over the key concept of each of those pillars, explain their importance into an overall secure system and a quick overview of implementation variation that exist in each of them.
