Hamidreza Adibi began his educational journey with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, completed in 2015. With a strong background in mathematics, he changed his focus to business and finance and earned an MBA in Finance from Kharazmi University in 2018. After completing his MBA, he ventured into the professional world, gaining over two years of business analysis experience in the banking industry. In 2021, he continued his academic journey by enrolling in a PhD program in Finance at Concordia University. He is now working as a research assistant at the Emerging Risk Information Center (ERIC) and the Montreal Chaire Fintech AMF grant supports his research on Initial Coin Offerings (ICO).

Research interests

Corporate finance, credit risk, fintech, and sustainable finance.
