Christian Bilodeau is an IT technician with 25 years of experience supporting technical needs at Concordia. Whether it’s providing advice on equipment, finding a quick fix for a glitch or resolving an IT emergency, Bilodeau has supported thousands of Concordians in advancing the next-generation work the university is renowned for.
Known by his colleagues for being kind and patient, Bilodeau goes beyond his day-to-day tasks by also providing students, faculty and staff with the tools they need to better understand and use technology.
Joining the university in the late 1990s, Bilodeau spent the first part of his career at Concordia’s computer store at the downtown Sir George Williams Campus. He also spent 10 years at the Instructional & Information Technology Services Centre, where he provided daily technical support to the vibrant community of researchers, both on Loyola Campus and throughout the university.
