Luc Bisaillon is the managing director of RBC Corporate Client Group, where he and his team provide large private firms with sales of $100 million and up with financial structures and products.
With 35 years of experience at RBC, Bisaillon enjoys serving as a coach, recognizing emerging talent and focusing on developing high-potential employees.
In his previous role as vice-president of business financing at RBC, Bisaillon played a significant part in growing a $2.5-billion portfolio of highly profitable clients. He also optimized his area’s market share growth by overseeing sales routines and business development.
Throughout his career, Bisaillon has played an active role in many not-for-profit organizations. He has lent his expertise as a board member to Leucan, Fondation Jeunes en Tête and the Canadian Club.
As ex-chairman of the board of the Association des MBA du Québec (AMBAQ), he was instrumental in contributing to the growth of the association.
Bisaillon is also dedicated to amateur sports. He is a level five swimming official and ex-chairman of the board of the Fédération de Natation du Quebec.
In 2021, the Government of Quebec awarded him the Prix Dollard Morin for his invaluable volunteer contributions to the development of recreation and sport in his community.
