The Hero Next Door. Stories of Caring, Ideas About Caring. On Instagram @hero_nextdoor

The pandemic has taken away so many things that we rely on for our sense of well-being. At this point, most of us are well and truly fed-up. In this 1½ hour workshop, Professor Marilyn Fitzpatrick will discuss the role of values in creating a sense of well-being and increasing our ability to thrive. Participants will be guided to identify the values that they connect with more deeply. They will learn ways to increase awareness of those values day-to-day – even during these tough times. Exercises designed to help you connect with the inspirational quality of your values will help you act more clearly and more frequently in values-based ways. Participants will leave the workshop with the elements of a personal roadmap for how to use values to infuse their lives with dignity and purpose - during the pandemic and beyond.
