Creating unprecendented, enduring ... advantage requires
“people being inspired every day and bringing their whole selves to work ... innovation arising from everywhere; and it’s about realizing remarkable relationship value with stakeholders - customers, employees, communities, and the biosphere”.

David Cooperrider

“We long for our institutions, not just in government, but in education, healthcare, and the corporate sector to embrace their essential role in creating a world that works for all. However, despite dramatic innovations in technology and the world of physical objects, our results in designing healthy, effective, and flourishing human systems, -- work teams, community and government agencies, corporations, networks, and nations -- have been highly inconsistent. But imagine for a moment that we succeed in elevating the capacity of all organizations to apply their resources and abilities in creating a world with new systems of prosperity, justice, equality, opportunity, participation, environmental health, and human experience. This is the challenge that the People Powered Innovation Collaborative has set for itself – to make such reinvention easier, faster and less risky”.

 -- Bernard Mohr

If this proposition intrigues or excites you, then please join us for a 90 minute interactive webinar on questions such as:

  • When should organizations reinvent themselves and why?
  • How can innovation in the purpose, business and operating models of organizations (and ecosystems) make a difference in creating a world that works for all - a world where economies, businesses and all people thrive, and nature flourishes, now and across the generations.
  • Can business success and positive social impact exist?
  • What other challenges exist in Reinventing Organizations to become not only the Best in the world but the Best for the world?
  • How does the practice of Co-Creating Mutual Value support successful reinvention?

Speakers for this webinar will be drawn from Toni Benner, Susan Donnan, Bernard Mohr and Neil Samuels.
