A group of seven undergraduate students stand next to one another in front of a poster and behind a table with on it a science project featuring a living hearth valve bioreactor. Living Heart Valve Bioreactor - 2023-2024 Capstone SDG Impact Award Winner (Tier 1): This project explored a new approach to heart valve replacements, helping researchers develop long-lasting solutions for patients.

The Capstone Poster Presentation is a chance to see how final-year engineering students apply their knowledge to real-world challenges.

Faculty, industry professionals and the Concordia community are invited to meet the teams, explore their work and celebrate months of design, testing and refinement.

The event showcases projects across multiple disciplines, from electrical, mechanical and software engineering to aerospace, industrial, civil and building engineering. Each reflects teamwork, creativity and problem-solving in action.

Join us in recognizing the achievements of Concordia’s engineering students and discovering the ideas shaping the future of the field.
