Dr. Mittermaier will discuss his lab’s innovative approaches to characterizing enzyme activity, inhibitor binding, and covalent inhibitors using Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC).

Dr. Mittermaier earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and has made significant contributions to understanding biomolecular behavior through a multidisciplinary approach. His work bridges the gap between biophysics, protein engineering, and drug discovery.
