Art History and Academic Silences: Filling in the gaps in curriculum - First Winter Session

The Art History Decolonial Action Group (AHDAG) is hosting its Winter 2025 series of lectures as part of its syllabus titled Art History and Academic Silences: Filling in the gaps in curriculum, with support from the Inter-doc University Program, Raah Lab and QPIRG Concordia. 

For this first talk, we will be joined by Prof. Norma Rantisi (Professor, Geography, Planning and Environment, Concordia University) and Adrian Deveau (PhD Candidate, Art History, Concordia University). Prof Rantisi's talk will focus on the theme of "Feminist Palestinian Solidarity: Responding to Misogynist Readings of the Occupation" and Adrian Deveau's talk will focus on "Palestinian Art History and Pink washing."
