A two-day group practice session. Each session will be about one hour in length. You will learn acupressure based self-soothing practices, grounding techniques, and visualization exercises that can reduce feelings of stress and help to cultivate a positive racial identity. This workshop will be highly experiential and require you to practice during and outside of the workshop.
Please note this is not talk-therapy, no disclosure is needed, but we will assist in getting you to access your inner resources. Each session will begin with a grounding meditation followed by practical self-care skills, and then we will debrief.
