Interested in innovation, building inclusive spaces, and working with individuals from other disciplines? Looking for a paid summer opportunity?
The Alan Shepard Residency is a 12-week, full-time paid internship for undergraduate, graduate and recently graduated students of the university.
The program allows recent and soon-to-be graduates to build their confidence and competencies as they transition from academia to industry. Participants act as consultants on large-scale, tangible problems brought to them by organizations positioned around Montreal. The program provides students with real-world experience and mandators with innovative, comprehensive, and actionable solutions.
Open to Concordia students from all programs of study, the residency program creates the space for deep collaborations between multidisciplinary teams and mandators.
In small groups, participants will develop exciting future concepts and prototypes solutions for organizations around Montreal that are supporting its communities. With mandates framed around food security, mobility, and more, participants will learn and practice innovation frameworks and other foundational skills to enter the workforce.
