The Milieux Institute for Arts, Culture and Technology, is pleased to announce that UKAI Projects will be in residence from April 1 to April 12. Presented in partnership with the Applied AI Institute, UKAI Projects will further develop their thought-provoking “Shipwreck” project, an immersive and interactive experience exploring how we navigate ecological, cultural and technological devastation.
During the residency, three Montreal-based artists: Meghan Moe Beitiks, Gabriel Junqueira Maciel Teixeira, and Eija Loponen-Stephenson will attempt to make a home among ruins of potential futures brought by three artists from UKAI Projects. The project encourages participants to repurpose, share, and adapt, ultimately fostering a sense of shared responsibility in shaping narratives about our rapidly changing world.
