Loyola College football has a storied past. Its remarkable history is entrenched into the fabric of what became Concordia University in 1974.
On the eve of what will soon be Concordia’s 50th anniversary, come back to campus and the football field to celebrate Loyola’s legacy and the 1962, 1968, 1972 Loyola and 1982 Stingers football teams — each celebrating milestone anniversaries this year.
Reconnect with the football family at the reunion dinner on Friday — revisit the touchdowns, interceptions and other great plays that made playing football for Loyola so memorable. On Saturday, take in the Homecoming Football Game where we'll be invited on the field for a special announcement. After the game, meet the current Stingers football team to close up the weekend.
We are also planning team-specific activities, including a round of golf at the Caughnawaga Golf Club on Friday, September 16, with a 10 a.m. tee-time.
