Katrina is a doctoral student in the Social-Organizational Psychology program at Columbia University. Her research explores the impact of organizational culture in high-performance athletic environments and the implications for athlete safety, wellness, belonging and performance. Her work has been presented nationally and internationally, including at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
While pursuing her undergraduate studies in psychology at Concordia's Faculty of Arts and Science, she was a professional athlete on the Canadian women’s national water polo team, assisting Canada in reaching the podium at six major international events, including World Championships, Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games and World League. Following her retirement from Team Canada, she completed a MA in counselling psychology at McGill University and worked as a clinical counsellor in her hometown of Montreal.
Megan Bradley, BFA 08, MFA 13
Founding owner and director of Bradley Ertaskiran
Megan Bradley is a founding owner and director of Montreal’s Bradley Ertaskiran, a leading contemporary art gallery. Prior to its inception in 2020, Megan was director at Parisian Laundry, known for its innovative and ambitious programming, and previously founded Galerie Push, a young gallery space focused on emerging Canadian artists.
Megan holds a master’s degree in art history from Concordia's Faculty of Fine Arts. She currently serves on the board of the Darling Foundry and is a past board member of the Canadian Contemporary Art Galleries Association. She has also worked as an advisor for private collections and as a development and communications director in the not-for-profit arts sector.
Robert Frances, BComm 87, MBA 91
Founder and CEO of PEAK Financial Group
Two-time John Molson School of Business graduate Robert Frances is an entrepreneur and visionary leader with a strong dedication to education and the development of future business leaders. PEAK Financial Group, which he founded in 1992, now administers over $16 billion in assets and supports 1,500 financial professionals across Canada. Under his leadership, PEAK has been recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies and named Employer of the Year.
Robert has served as chair of the John Molson Advisory Committee and lectured in finance at the school from 1994 to 1998. He holds a BComm and an MBA from the John Molson School. Robert has played key roles on boards, including the Canadian Investment Funds Institute and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. He is the former international board chair of the Young Presidents’ Organization and chair of the International Education Committee. In 2023, he was named Concordia’s MBA Alumnus of the Year.
Niloofar Moradi, BEng 10
Strategy & Business Development Manager at National Research Council of Canada
After earning her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Concordia's Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science in 2010, Niloofar Moradi started her career at Rolls Royce Canada. In 2011, she joined Pratt & Whitney Canada as an aerodynamicist in the Turbine Aerodynamics department, working her way up to senior project engineer over the next 14 years. She joined the National Research Council Canada as Strategy and Business Development Manager in 2024. Niloofar received her Master of Applied Science from École de technologie supérieure in Montreal in 2016.
Niloofar is a member of the the Concordia Department of Mechanical, Industrial & Aerospace Engineering's Industrial Advisory Board. In 2018, she received the Engineering Award from the Elsie McGill Northern Lights Foundation. That same year, she was recognized as a Top 20 Under 40 Agent of Change by Wings magazine and Alumna of the Year by the Concordia University Alumni Association. Niloofar has been a guest speaker and panelist at events organised by the International Civil Aviation Organization, Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute, Concordia and the University of Ottawa. She is an avid traveler and a passionate scuba diver.
