This is a movement club focused on wellness rather than performance. There will be an optional opportunity to connect online at the beginning and end of the X-Peer-Ience to meet all of those who are joining for the day. Before/after we go for a 20 (ish) minute walk or run, we will take time to introspect on our stress and mood.
All walks or runs will be done on your own, knowing that you have a team with you (in spirit).
