This workshop will help you recognize when perfectionism is taking over and gain strategies to reduce perfectionistic thinking and behaviours. You will learn how to strive for excellence in a way that fosters a more balanced, flexible and compassionate relationship with yourself.
Learning objectives:
Understand what perfectionism is, its consequences, and the different types of perfectionism
Perform a self-evaluation to explore current perfectionistic tendencies
Adopt strategies to challenge perfectionistic thinking and behaviours
Apply strategies to develop a more flexible and compassionate relationship with yourself
