Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally bringing one’s attention to the present moment (e.g., our feelings, thoughts, and sensations) with openness, gentleness, and non-judgement.
The Zen Dens invite you to join 30-minute mindfulness sessions as a space to slow down, settle your mind, and recharge as the busyness of the end of the term and final exams approach. Each session will involve a theme, a guided meditation, and an opportunity to share your experience.
Practice basic mindfulness skills to better navigate the end of the semester, including intentionally pausing, consciously relaxing, developing inner friendliness and stillness.
Practice with and benefit from being in community and share experiences with others, if desired
