CTL will be piloting faculty peer observations, in which faculty have the opportunity to receive feedback on their teaching from peers. To signal your interest, complete the sign-up form. We will make an effort to meet your preferences when matching you up in a small peer group.

You will be required to attend a short orientation October 7th on best practices for observing and sharing or receiving feedback. Additionally, you will observe and give feedback on 1 to 3 lessons during the weeks of October 21th, 28th, November 4th, and 11th. Finally, there will be an optional wrap-up session in late November.

The potential benefits are:

  • Making progress on your goals for teaching improvement.
  • Meeting peer faculty who are passionate about teaching.
  • Receiving actionable feedback which you may use to improve your teaching practices and for your teaching dossier.
