Booking Officers - Space Reservation and Event Planning Training

This session is intended for the booking officers of student groups. The process to reserve space on campus will be reviewed, as well as specific discussions on how to support subsidiary groups and clubs with their event bookings. Hospitality Concordia will lead the training, and answer questions relating to their services. The Dean of Students Office Engagement Team will also be present to offer further support for student groups planning events and supporting subsidiary groups.
