Juggling multiple responsibilities and haven't had time to reflect on your learning? This interactive workshop is for you!

It’s designed to help you reflect on and effectively communicate the skills you've developed throughout the year from out-of-class experiences (e.g., internships, workshops, leadership, research, study abroad).

Through individual and group activities, role-play, and feedback, you'll gain the tools to confidently express your experiences to peers, teachers, employers, and graduate schools.

After the workshop, students will be able to:

  • Reflect on their experiences inside and outside the classroom
  • Articulate skills gained from experiential learning
  • Identify further engagement opportunities on campus
  • Communicate the value of experiential learning to peers
  • Understand how to get non-course learning recognized on the Co-Curricular Record
