Introduction to Accessibility

This presentation is designed to build awareness and understanding of how our practices, policies, attitudes, and language impact individuals with disabilities.

We will examine the difference between accessibility and accommodations, differentiate between the medical and the social models of disability, and address issues of fairness and social justice.
