This session is available for recruitment purposes only and is open to all members of a current:
Department Hiring Committee (DHC). All DHCs involved in the search process must participate in a session once in a 24 month period and/or within two consecutive hiring cycles. Hiring cycles are from August through July of a given academic year. For example, a DHC member must participate once between August 2022 and July 2024. Please contact Mark Villacorta with any questions regarding past participation.
Additional information for members of Department Hiring Committee (DPC) and Faculty Personnel and Tenure Committee (FPTC): All DPC and FPTC members are strongly encouraged to attend the session; this enables all members involved in recruitment to engage in the process in a way that aligns with the equity goals of the university.
Participation to this workshop:
Contributes to discussion of the implementation of best practices;
Provides opportunities to address questions not contained in the standard workshop content and;
Ensures that members receive the latest session updates.
The workshop will take place online, the Zoom link will be sent to registered participants prior to the date.
