Cancelled: Unpacking Trauma and Unlocking Wellbeing for Student Leaders

During this workshop student leaders will learn inclusive skills to understand trauma and identify trauma triggers in themselves and others through an anti-oppressive lens. Student leaders will practice holistic well-being tools and learn practical strategies to support community members impacted by trauma.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Participants will develop an intersectional and anti-oppressive understanding of trauma on campus
2. Participants will learn to identify trauma and the impact on behaviours
3. Participants will practice student friendly and inclusive well-being tools

Participants will explore practical strategies to support triggered community members.
