In honour of Black History Month, black associations at Concordia - the African Student Association, Black Students Career Development Office and CEED - want to give black small businesses or entrepreneurs an opportunity to help fund their business idea.
Five black entrepreneurs will pitch their business idea in front of four judges and an audience. This pitch should be no longer than ten minutes, followed by a five minute question and answer session from the judges with the entrepreneur. The business pitches will be reviewed and critiqued on the spot by judges, based on a predetermined evaluation.
How can you participate? Join us in person (RSVP here) or online by registering for the Zoom Meeting or watching live on YouTube.
