Speaker

Alexandre George

Alex is a dynamic tech leader with a robust engineering background and a passion for sustainability. He earned his engineering degree in Power Energy from ENSE3 in France and a DESS in Environment and Sustainability from École Polytechnique de Montréal. Alex started his career as a project leader at SOLENT, tackling specification, system, and development challenges in aircraft embedded systems for Messier Bugatti Dowty (part of the Safran group). Not one to rest on his laurels, he then mastered a suite of web development languages—from C# and Python to JavaScript and Ruby—through an intensive boot camp. Rising quickly to team lead, he combined his tech savvy with machine and deep learning expertise, particularly in natural language processing, before stepping into his current role as CTO IA. Today, Alex not only drives technical strategy and project innovation but also leads teams with a no-nonsense, results-driven approach.
