What does leadership look like for people from underrepresented backgrounds in engineering and other fields?

Join us for an engaging and inspiring conversation with Keppel Bharath, retired Senior Fellow at Pratt & Whitney Canada, as he shares his personal journey from entry-level to leadership and the insights gained along the way. With a distinguished career in aerospace engineering, Keppel brings decades of technical excellence, strategic leadership, and lived experience navigating complex professional environments.

The conversation will be moderated by Tallie Segel, Project Lead at the Black Perspectives Office and PhD candidate in Concordia’s Department of Sociology and Anthropology.

This event is designed especially for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students from all disciplines who are thinking critically about their career paths and the systems they’ll navigate.

Whether you’re considering industry, academia, public service or entrepreneurship, this is a rare opportunity to gain mentorship, clarity, and practical advice from a seasoned leader.

How can you participate? Join us in person or online by registering for the Zoom Meeting watching live on YouTube.
