Political and state power is enacted in policy, law, technology, and the provision or withholding of health services. How can we better address inequities of access to health services and health outcomes for individuals and groups across society? Questions of inclusion and ethics will be discussed with an eye towards identifying needs, deficiencies, and coalition-based strategies that create access to benefits across communities historically excluded from the possibility of healthy and barrier-free life.
