As part of our annual Hip Hop 4 Life celebration, CJLO 1690AM is teaming up with 4th Space to host a panel discussion comparing and contrasting the hip-hop scenes in Toronto and Montreal. From financial opportunities to finding a community, we'll be discussing the pros and cons of each city as they continue to fight over being Canada's hip-hop capital.
