Join Dr. Chris Law (Centre for Microscopy and Cellular Imaging, Concordia University) and Dr. Bita Khadivjam (Molecular and Cellular Microscopy Platform, Douglas Hospital) for a workshop exploring some of the basic foundations of ImageJ.

These basic foundations allow you to ask questions of and extract data from images captured using a fluorescent microscope. Drs Law and Khadivjam will look at segmentation, finding maxima, and using the image calculator, as well as how filtering images can be useful in these processes.
