This talk by Christine Jamieson, hosted jointly by the Department of Theological Studies and the Multi-faith and Spirituality Centre, will explore the relationship between ethics, as a dynamic activity, and the Seven Sacred Teachings (or the Seven Grandfather Teachings). The Seven Sacred Teachings draw on the Anishinaabe tradition and are also found in many other Indigenous traditional teachings with slight differences.

The Teachings explain what it means to walk a good path during our time on this earth. They are not a set of rules or regulations, but rather an explanation of how to be in good relations with all others.

The conversation will be facilitated by Jen Bourque, chaplain and coordinator at the Multi-faith and Spirituality Centre.

How can you participate? Join us in person or online by registering for the Zoom Meeting or watching live on YouTube.
