Implementing movement into your life can take you beyond physical health. It can lead to improved mental wellness and is an essential tool for coping with difficult experiences through supporting our emotional and mental wellness. In this two-part workshop you can build a movement practice that is attuned with your needs, leading to more resilience, deeper connection with others, a sense of awe, a more organized mind, coping with stress, lifting mood and living an empowered life, even after only a few minutes of movement.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore how movement impacts our mental wellness from a scientific perspective
  • Delve deeper into movement and how it empowers us, facilitates connection, and fosters immediate wellness
  • Adopt effective and evidence-based strategies to implement joyful movement
  • Build connection and community with participants
