How well do you know your body? Do you have painful periods or irregular cycles, maybe you've been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, or fibroids. Perhaps you struggle in the days or weeks leading up to your period with difficult moods, lack of sleep or body pain.

Your doctor may have told you to hop on hormonal contraceptives or heavier painkillers. But have you ever wondered what your hormones are doing, and more importantly, how to work with them?

Menstrual Charting is a free, easy, do-it-from-bed way to track your hormones over your cycle and cycle to cycle. You can support your health, know your body, and even use it to avoid or prepare for making a baby.

Want to learn more? Come join this introduction workshop with Courtney Kirkby, holistic uterine practitioner and co-founder of both Tiger Lotus Coop and Community Healing Days.
