In these sessions, there’s a mix of technique, waste line isolations, foot
work and fun.  Classes will always start with a warm-up, basic technical steps, historical
facts and will end with a great stretch. Be prepared to challenge your
endurance and mobility. All this while connecting the sounds of Africa and
the Caribbean Islands.

These are great for all who are dealing with chronic pain, fascia tightness, and leisure.
If you are looking to release stress while toning, this is the class for you.
All are welcome!

Facilitator:

Amanda Benn (dancer, choreographer, massage therapist leader, long-standing community and youth worker)
