In these sessions, expect a mix of technique, waist-line isolations, footwork and fun. Classes always start with a warm up, basic technical steps, historical facts and will end with a great stretch. Be prepared to challenge your endurance and mobility while connecting the sounds of Africa and the Caribbean Islands.

These classes are suitable for all levels, and great for all who are dealing with chronic pain or fascia tightness.

Facilitator:

Amanda Benn (dancer, choreographer, massage therapist leader, long-standing community and youth worker)
