Fimo Mitchell will offer 30-minute soothing sound baths designed to help students unwind and find calm amid their busy schedules. Using the power of sound healing, Fimo’s sessions create a deeply relaxing experience, allowing you to release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. Whether you’re looking to recharge or simply take a break, these calming sound baths will leave you feeling refreshed and centered.

He is a meditation teacher, a writer and a podcast host. In 2020 he founded When The Village Meditates, a nonprofit committed to creating meditation, yoga, and discussion spaces, along with wellness retreats that center on racialized and marginalized people. Fimo is the author of three books, his most recent release, Pastel Remembrances, is a collection of short stories. Every Tuesday, he hosts the When The Village Meditates podcast featuring ten minutes of meditation and five minutes of insightful speech.
