Rest can feel luxurious and maybe, at times, even unsafe in our hustling culture.
This guided Deep Relaxation invites us to pause and meet ourselves wherever we are.
You will be guided to bring your gentle awareness to different parts of the body, and with kindness, get in touch with the energy that is there, and offer yourself a moment of care and compassion and allow your muscles to register the sense of settling and resting.
We will have some yoga mats in the room
But bring your own yoga mat if you can/want.
