A sound bath is a calming experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various musical instruments. The purpose is to create a meditative and relaxing environment that can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and foster a sense of well-being. Accompanying her voice with singing bowls, a hand pan, an ocean drum, flutes, and other gentle instruments, Irene Feher will perform a sound bath with the intention of bringing you into a restful calm state.
To have the best experience for yourself and others around you we ask the following:
Bring your yoga mat. Some mats and seating will be available.
Bring a blanket or jacket to keep yourself cozy and warm.
Bring water to stay hydrated.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before so you can make yourself comfortable before the sound bath begins.
Please silence your phone and any devices you have with you.
Allow time in your schedule to stay for the full 30 minutes, and then allow yourself another 5- 10 minutes of additional time afterward so you can leave the space slowly and retain your state of calm.
